Boats

The Hansa dinghies are designed with a heavy keel which makes them very safe. The Hansa 303 can be sailed by one or two people, making it ideal if you would like to sail with a buddy or as you learn to sail.

The Hansa 2.3 is a single sail dinghy which is a great place to start.

The Liberty is a more technical boat and can be fitted with servo controls for people with limited dexterity  It is a single seater boat and perfect for the more experienced sailor or racer.

We have 3 RS Venture Connect boats with a variety of seating options.

You can sail the Venture with assistance from our experienced helms and with the support of a buddy or your carer alongside.

The RS Venture is an exciting boat to sail and offers a thrilling experience when the wind picks up!

Our Drascombe Lugger is very popular with groups, particularly children.  A great way to explore the beautiful surroundings under sail or motor on calmer days.

'Wish Bone' can seat a number of children and adults with an experienced helm to sail the boat while you enjoy the sights and sounds around you.

We have other boats available including Wayfarer, Comet Trio's and some junior boats.

These are sailed with permission of our Senior Instructors.  As they are 'traditional' dinghies, they will capsize more easily.

These boats are usually sailed by our helms or more experienced sailors under instruction.
